The Casey Coffee Company celebrates National Donut Day! The Salvation Army created National Doughnut Day in 1938 to honor the women who served doughnuts to soldiers in World War I.
This day began as a fundraiser for Chicago's Salvation Army. The goal of their 1938 fundraiser was to help the needy during the Great Depression. The Casey Coffee Company will celebrate on June 3rd ! Donuts will be served all day! All kinds of creations! Tips will be accepted with proceeds going to the Salvation Army.
Other specials along with signature sips to honor the Doughnut Dollies! Those women volunteers of the Salvation Army, who traveled to France in 1918 to support American soldiers. We would love to have you visit and help us celebrate!
