The grapes grown in the vineyard are well maintained by a family that cares about each grape individually. Each wine variety is named after the grapes that go into it.

The Chambourcin Rosé has hints of citrus and melon and gets its name from the Chambourcin grapes that are grown in the vineyard. They also have a wine called Hummingbird Dance which is a sweet blush wine and a Cayuga White that has hints of peach, melon, and apricot. Changing flavors yearly is the Vinter's Symphony which is a mix of grapes and fruit flavors selected by the winemaker to create a unique vintage year.
