What better way to herald the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus than with the 2022 Rotary Lighted Christmas Parade! Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive in downtown Vandalia on November 11 at 5:30 p.m., officially kicking off all things OTC! This is a lighted parade, so deck out your entries in Christmas lights and add sparkle to an already beautiful downtown.
