Located in Eldon Hazlet State Park, the marina offers launching facilities, a clubhouse, and other amenities. Open to the Sailing Public, the association organizes several sailing regattas from May through October. The harbor accommodates more than 280 boats in ‘dry sail’ plus 100 beach cats. and a 300-foot beach area. CSA offers club activities from May through October including a 25-weekend racing program, learn-to-sail programs for kids and adults, sailboat/kayak rentals, training programs, and numerous social events.

Popeye stands tall in the Elzie C. Segar Memorial Park by the Visitors Center in Chester. Search through town for his friends on murals and statues: Wimpy, Olive Oyl, Swee’Pea, Jeep, Bluto and more. Character statues are unveiled each year at the Popeye Picnic in September.
