The McKendree MetroRecPlex is a new, full-service, state-of-the-art sports complex. The complex offers two NHL-sized ice rinks, an aquatic center fit with a 10 lane championship swimming pool, a contemporary fitness area and many other amenities. Memberships and daily passes can be purchased for use of the facility and all its features.

CARD is a recreation district featuring six parks, Arlington Greens Golf Course, Splash City Water Park, The Jaycee Sports Complex, and Willoughby Heritage Farm.
Meet the wide range of animals at this real working farm. There are llamas, alpacas, donkeys, sheep, peacocks, and more! Bottle feed kids, lambs and calves. Pet the goats, chicks, rabbits, camels and even a zebra. Special events are planned seasonally.
Visit an exact replica of a Civil War Fort complete with a jail, one room home, livery and log cabins. Be sure to see the display of area churches and other buildings all done in miniature. The churches have as many as 10,000 bricks and tiny stained glass windows. By appointment.
Walk the trails around the 5-acre lake or sit and enjoy the waterfall and views of the Silent Forest. The beautiful banquet center has space for all size groups or you can book the gazebo for your group.
