The McKendree MetroRecPlex is a new, full-service, state-of-the-art sports complex. The complex offers two NHL-sized ice rinks, an aquatic center fit with a 10 lane championship swimming pool, a contemporary fitness area and many other amenities. Memberships and daily passes can be purchased for use of the facility and all its features.

Mascoutah Steakhouse is a family-owned and operated restaurant located in Mascoutah, Illinois. We are famous for homemade soups & pies as well as the weekend prime rib special served either grilled or Au Jus. 10 oz cut for $16.99 and 14 oz. cut for $19.99. Our menu includes various items including steak, pork, chicken, pasta and seafood selections.
The upstairs banquet room and cozy bar room are available for private parties. Both rooms are perfect for retirements, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, bridal or baby showers or just a family gathering. Private parties can choose many different menu options including ordering from the regular menu, creating a special limited menu or buffets for parties of 20 or more.

The old train depot, a full-size caboose and a train car along with pavilions and ag building can be reserved for group events. Picnic areas, dog park, baseball/softball diamonds, playgrounds, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and sand volleyball courts can be reserved for tournaments.
The Museum gathers history from Mascoutah, Engelmann and Shiloh Valley Townships. Harvey C. Pitt’s mounted waterfowl collection is featured along with dolls, wedding dresses, toys and farm items. Tuesdays 9 a.m.-noon, 1st & 3rd Sundays, 1-4 p.m.
